Before the camera comes out, we confirm the use: press, social, internal recap, or sales. Platform, audience, and who must be in frame decide the coverage, not a generic shot list.

Expert On-Site Direction

More than 10 years on live floors. We work around venue lighting, build schedules, run-of-show, and the show caller’s marks, so the day stays smooth and the room is not disrupted.

Asset Delivery

Edited stills, sized for the channel they were booked for. High resolution for print and press. Crops ready for social. Video highlights are a separate deliverable when briefed.

Where we shoot

Exhibition

Booth, product, and counter in use. Opening of the hall if it is in the brief. The empty set only when the build itself needs to be kept. We avoid a wall of backdrop. The picture should read as the exhibition, not the banner.

Luncheon & Dinner

Working lunches, private tables, birthday dinners with performance, and galas. We follow the table plan and the run of show: host, speech, toast, cake, performance, from an agreed position. Speeches stay quiet. Tables are covered only as scoped.c

Commercial Event

Presentations, brand rooms, and sponsored nights. Speakers and screens are framed without crossing the projector. Named guests from the list, not whoever is nearest the lens. Stills are cut for the recap the client will actually send.
