LoProductions Limited (“we”) is a Hong Kong company established in 2019, specializing in event film production. We create event films, event photography, set-up records, and tutorial, sales, and animated films, both in Hong Kong and for overseas projects.
What we collect
From the enquiry form, we gather client information such as name, company, email, phone or WhatsApp, event date, city or venue, job type, and your message. Through email and WhatsApp, we receive details regarding the job. Once a job is confirmed, we collect a run of show, guest or VIP lists, and the names of individuals who must or must not be filmed. This client information handling is essential for our work and is not used for marketing purposes. Additionally, we collect technical data such as IP address, browser, and pages viewed via our site host, and if enabled, a basic analytics tool.
We do not request HKID, card numbers, or passwords through our site. Fees are invoiced separately.
What we use it for
We use your data to respond to enquiries, scope jobs, and provide fee estimates. We also send film references via private links only after confirming the job, deliver stills and films to the commissioning client, maintain required records as a Hong Kong company, and improve our site. Rest assured, we do not sell enquiry data.
Client work
We may publish photographs and films we have produced as examples of our work on this site and in our portfolio. Faces, venues, and brand marks may be visible. If you are the commissioning client or appear in a frame and wish to remove that material from the public site, please write to info@theloproductions.com with the page and, if available, the event date. We will remove it from the website within a reasonable timeframe. However, removal from the site does not delete files that have already been delivered to the client who commissioned the job, and it may not reach copies saved by other visitors.
Private sample links are strictly for review purposes. Please do not forward them, and we will not publish any cuts for jobs marked as confidential in the written quote.
Who sees it
Only staff and contractors involved with that specific job, along with the site host, email provider, and WhatsApp, will have access to your data as needed to receive and store messages. Advisers or insurers may also have access if a claim necessitates it, and authorities may be involved if Hong Kong law requires disclosure. We do not pass enquiry lists to other production houses or advertisers.
Where it is stored
Depending on the host, the site and forms may be stored on servers outside of Hong Kong, but we only send what is necessary for the enquiry.
How long we keep it
Unsuccessful enquiries are retained for up to 12 months and then deleted. For confirmed jobs, we keep the information for the duration of the job file and up to 7 years for tax or contract records. Unpublished selects and project files are kept for the period specified in the quote and are deleted upon request.
Cookies
Our site uses cookies that the host needs to operate the page, remember language preferences (English / 繁體中文), and measure visits if analytics are enabled. You can block cookies in your browser, and the form will still function.
Access and correction
You may inquire about the personal data we hold about you and request corrections. Please write to [email] with the name and email used on the form. We may need to verify your identity.
